We do so – amongst others - through our new hummel® Academy comprising technical e-learning facilitating knowledge-sharing across business areas and countries, as well as in-depth and ongoing performance and development dialogues. Additionally, we also place a large emphasis on expanding our Trainee Programme, tapping more strategically into our goal of developing and nourishing young ambitious talents. But our dedication to people extends way beyond performance and work activities. We’re just as devoted to driving an omnipresent feeling of togetherness and unity outside working hours and seek to do so through social events, gatherings and our Change the World Through Sport Day.
Finally, we constantly want to do more – and do better. That’s also why we continuously measure engagement and satisfaction levels across hummel® worldwide using the HEARTBEAT survey in order to build true synergy and collaboration across all levels and functions.
